What We Do

We are local gardeners who have been gardening organically for over 15 years. We specialize in heirloom and antique varieties. I started my first organic garden shortly after my son was born. Parents, you'll understand how having a child can change your way of thinking! We also garden using wide beds instead of rows. This maximizes our harvest while minimizing our water usage.

Nature provided us with everything we need for healthy living. Gardening organically helps protect our environment and reduce the ingestion of and exposure to potentially harmful chemicals.

With all the varieties that are available today, how do we choose what to grow? Well, we select our varieties giving preference to the following criteria:

• Heirloom/Antique varieties
• Open Pollinated when possible
• We will not knowingly grow genetically modified selections
• What grows well in our area
• Customer Requests
• New or unusual varieties
• Taste!
